Mr. Smith 3 is Eddie Smith’s coaching. Here is what happens to what you send me.

What I collect

• From “Send me your goal”: your name, your email or phone, your goal, the plan you picked (if any) and the page you sent it from.
• From the Arise and Eat list: your email.
• This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

How I use it

• To reply to you and, if you start, to set up your coaching.
• For the Arise and Eat list, only to tell you when it’s ready.
• I don’t sell it, rent it or use it for ads.

Where it goes

• Your message is emailed to me and saved in a private Google Sheet. It’s sent through a small web server, which doesn’t store it.
• I use AI tools, including Claude, to help me run my work, so your message may be read with their help. Training on my data is off.

How long I keep it

• As long as we’re in touch or you’re a client. Ask and I’ll delete it.

Your choices

• To see, fix or delete what you sent, say so through the form on the home page, or message me on Instagram @mr.smith3.

Changes

• If this changes, this page will say so.
